60 Day Return Policy: Need to return your gear? No problem just start the return process on our website and send it back to us. We cover the return shipping.

One-Year No-Hassle Returns: All Sting Stopper gear includes a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. If your gear experiences a failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll work with you to make it right. Whether it’s gloves, jackets, suits, or other beekeeping gear, we stand behind what we sell and want you to have equipment that performs the way it was designed to.

Special Conditions for Our Sting Stopper Promise™: Our products are built to handle the tough work of beekeeping, but they’re not indestructible. Our Promise is designed to cover any shortcomings in the products themselves, not wear and tear that comes from a job well done or damages caused by misuse, accidents, or the hazards of the hive.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Burns, melting, or heat damage
  • Tears, punctures, or cuts caused by misuse or accidents
  • Damage from improper care, washing, or storage
  • Excessive wear and tear or extreme abuse based on the time used
  • Damage caused by extreme abuse or neglect
  • Loss or damage from natural disasters, fire, or other unforeseen events.
  • Items with removed or defaced labels.
  • Products returned are incomplete or not what we sold
  • Contamination or excessive soiling beyond what's expected from normal use.
  • Personal reasons unrelated to product performance, such as changes in personal preferences or circumstances.
  • Abuse or misuse of our return policy.

We reserve the right to review warranty claims and determine whether the issue is related to a product defect or damage caused through use or misuse.
