60 Day Return Policy: Need to return you gear? No problem just start the return process on our website and send it back to us. We cover the return shipping.

One-Year No-Hassle Returns: Once you register your gear with, us your gear is automatically given a 1 year warranty. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within one year, no questions asked. Whether it's gloves, suits, or any other beekeeping gear, we stand behind what we sell.

Beyond One Year: If you encounter defects in materials or workmanship after one year, we're still here to help. If you don't have our extended warranty, we will still help. We'll consider returns for items that don't perform as we designed them to, ensuring you have the gear that works as hard as you do.

Trade-In On Your Next Purchase: Is your gear worn out, and it's been over a year since you bought it? Wash it and send it back to us, and we will give you 20% off your next order from us. We want you wearing Sting Stopper™ and we will do what it takes to keep you in it.

Extended our No-Hassle Returns Policy to 2 years:

Purchase our extended policy within 60 days of the original purchase date, and you can bump that awesome Promise to a full 2 years. Beyond two years, you can trade it in for a discount on the next order.

Special Conditions for Our Sting Stopper Promise™

Our products are built to handle the tough work of beekeeping, but they’re not indestructible. Our Promise is designed to cover any shortcomings in the products themselves, not the wear and tear that comes from a job well done or the hazards of the hive.

We reserve the right to decline returns for:

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents.
  • Excessive wear and tear or extreme abuse based on the time used
  • Loss or damage from natural disasters, fire, or other unforeseen events.
  • Items with removed or defaced labels.
  • Products returned incomplete or not what we sold.
  • Contamination or excessive soiling beyond what's expected from normal use.
  • Personal reasons not due to product performance, like changes in personal preferences or circumstances.
  • Misuse of our return policy.

Free Shipping:

United States: We know how eager you are to dive back into the hive, which is why we offer free standard shipping on all orders. That's right—zero, zilch, nada. You focus on your bees; we'll take care of the shipping costs. This means it is typically delivered by USPS First Class or UPS Ground.

International Orders: Sting Stopper™ ships all over the world, so that should cover most of us. If you live outside the US, shipping charges will be presented to you. Sorry. But we have to draw the line somewhere. Right?

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 3-5 business days once shipped. We can't control the weather, but we can promise to get your gear out the door as fast as a worker bee finds a drop of honey.

Tracking:

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package as it buzzes its way to you. We send all our order updates over email, so make sure that info is correct in your account.

Easy Returns:

We're confident you'll love our products as much as your bees love flowers. But if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and a full refund back to the original payment method within 30 days of the delivery date. No fuss, no muss. Just make sure the gear is new and unused.

After 30 days? We can still take returns for new and unused gear, but we issue a return in the form of store credit.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, simply start the self-return process on our website. This will start the process and provide you with a return label via email.

Get your return into the mail stream within 2 weeks, and once we receive and process the return, you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to accept or deny the return if we find the product is not returnable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-7 business days. You'll get your money back on your original payment method.

If the return process were started outside our return window, a store credit would be extended via gift card and emailed to you.
